» 01.May. - 30.Sep:
• For cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date must be
received in writing,
10% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made between 8-15 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
15% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
1 Room Night and 7% Service charge will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, the
total of Deposit will be charged by Resort.
» 01.Oct. - 30.Nov. & 01.Feb. - 30.Apr :
• For cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
15% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
1 Room Night and 7% Service charge will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, the total
of Deposit will be charged by Resort.

• For cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
15% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made between 30-45 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing,
2 Room Night and 7% Service charge will be charged on the deposit by Resort.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, the total
of Deposit will be charged by Resort.
